HUMAIN's Week

At LEAP 2026 in Riyadh this week, HUMAIN put five separate pieces of Saudi Arabia's AI strategy into public view at once.

At LEAP 2026 in Riyadh this week, HUMAIN put five separate pieces of Saudi Arabia's AI strategy into public view at once.

Compute: the first phase of its data center venture with AMD and Cisco went live August 31, 100 megawatts of AMD MI355X GPU capacity now operational, Luma AI its first customer, on a path to 1 gigawatt by 2030.

Data: HUMAIN Fabric, an AI-native data platform built with MinIO, meant to sit underneath everything else HUMAIN ships.

Devices: Horizon Ultra, an AI PC built with Qualcomm on Snapdragon X2 Elite silicon, launching first on Microsoft Windows, on enterprise sale September 20.

Operating system: HUMAIN OS, built with KORA Systems, a firm that has already shipped operating systems to more than a billion devices. Targeting 2027, and according to Qualcomm, it will land on Horizon Ultra itself, running a 26-billion-parameter model locally on the device.

Models: HUMAIN Voice, a conversational AI platform for multiple Arabic dialects, launched the same day. Separately, HUMAIN signed Reflection, a frontier-model lab founded by researchers who built GPT, Gemini, and AlphaGo elsewhere, to deploy Reflection's open-weight models on HUMAIN's sovereign infrastructure once they ship later this year.

Compute going live, a data layer, a device, an operating system, a model pipeline. Five different moves, five different global partners, one company making all five land in the same week.

Most national AI strategies pick one layer of that stack and call it a plan. HUMAIN picked five, and got five different global partners to commit to the same near-term calendar: live compute today, an AI PC on sale September 20, an operating system landing in 2027. Those are dates a company sets when it expects to hit them.
