Scope

This policy covers the website at faris-capital.com and the private internal software that Faris Capital Partners operates for its own use. That software is not offered to the public, and only its owner can sign in to it.

Website

This website does not ask visitors to create accounts. If you email or message us, we use what you send only to reply to you.

Google user data

Our internal software connects to the owner's own Google accounts through Google's OAuth. It requests read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar, and access to Google Contacts to look up and add business contacts.

The tool uses this data only to give the owner a private summary of email, meetings, and contacts. It does not sell Google user data. It does not share it with third parties for advertising. It does not use it to train generalized AI models.

Data is stored on devices and private storage that the owner controls. Access tokens are stored on the owner's own computer. Only the owner can read them.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and can delete any stored data on request to the address below.
